The science shows that we must engage in many different ways to both support our daily thinking skills and to reduce our risk for serious memory loss. This program will teach brain healthy lifestyles, using engaging exercises that span the physical, mental and emotional health pillars of wellbeing. Students will learn how memory works and why we forget, plus simple and effective strategies for improving information retention. With regular practice of our TBH program, participants may experience an 83% improvement in executive function, 150% higher score in speed of processing, and a 40% memory task performance increase!
